Processing Time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipment is usually 1–3 business days.

We always do our best to prepare and send your order as soon as possible. Please note that we process and ship orders on business days only, from Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.

Please also note that order preparation time and delivery time are two separate processes. Each of them has its own estimated timeframe.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees that may apply in their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or other circumstances outside our control.
