Order Preparation

Each sensory wall panel is carefully made, packed, and checked before shipment.

We usually need 1–3 business days to prepare your order. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in the preparation time.

Production time and shipping time are separate processes, so they should be counted separately.

Payments

For your convenience, we accept major debit and credit cards from customers worldwide. PayPal payments may also be available.

All prices on our website are shown in US Dollars (USD).


Shipping

We ship our products internationally using reliable delivery services, including DHL.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 9–14 business days
  • Canada: 10–14 business days
  • Australia: 8–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
  • European Union: 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Taxes and Duties

Since our sensory wall panels are large and heavy, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees.

These charges depend on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

For orders shipped to the USA, import duties are usually not required.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery.

If the product is in proper condition but you would still like to return it, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. In this case, we will help resolve the issue and may send a replacement product free of charge.

Customized and personalized orders cannot be cancelled after production has started. Returns and exchanges for customized products are reviewed individually.
