Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery.
If the item is in its original condition, but you still wish to return it, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned in its original condition and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
Please contact us before sending the item back so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Please send us photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label. This helps us understand the situation and resolve the issue faster.
If the damage happened during delivery or the item arrived in an unusable condition, we will offer a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement product free of charge.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available in your account.
Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Customized Orders
We do not accept cancellations for customized or personalized products once production has started.
Returns and exchanges for customized orders are reviewed individually, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
If the return is not caused by a mistake on our side or by product damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our side.
