We need 1–3 business days to prepare your order for shipping.

Please note that we do not operate on weekends. Also, production and delivery are two separate processes with their own timelines.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Prices are listed in USD.

If a refund is approved, we will issue it within 1–3 business days.
Shipping to Canada is free.

We ship using DHL Express.

Delivery to Canada typically takes 9–12 business days.
Please note that international deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance.

Since we ship large, heavy boxes (especially for furniture), there may be customs duties or import taxes charged by Canadian customs.

Unfortunately, these fees are not included in your purchase and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We accept returns and exchanges.

If the product arrives in good condition but you still want to return it, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your product arrives damaged, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an issue. All custom order returns are handled individually.
